Numa Madrid Script Hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and museums just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on places to visit and eat in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected, with limited space for personal belongings. The bathroom set-up was a bit unusual, with a small shower area and a separated sink and toilet.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that Madrid has to offer. It is situated between four metro stations, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms are well-equipped, with modern fittings and air conditioning. Plus, the view of Plaza de las Cortes from some rooms is extraordinary. With breakfast included, it's incredible value for money, a real bargain!

Quiet rooms with backyard view. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic breakfast but constant supply of coffee and milk. Great value for money.

The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to all the artistic action in the city. It was also conveniently close to the airport, making it a great option for early morning flights. there was a restaurant downstairs where guests could enjoy a meal.

Communication with the staff before 11:20AM could be challenging due to a lack of English-speaking personnel.

We were given the warmest welcome we have ever received at a hotel. The staff at Numa were so kind, considerate, and helpful, giving us lots of ideas of things to do and places to go. The breakfast and tea and coffee facilities were a great added bonus to help set us up for a day of exploring. The room we had was compact but had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic for walking to all the biggest sights. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and lovely stay.

The location was perfect, situated right on the Plaza de las Cortes in the center of the city. We were able to easily walk everywhere and explore the artistic action in this vibrant city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
